im a teacher, which is kind of like givibg a presentation all day, every day. sometimes i get hit in the middle of the day and have to last the afternoon. if its something the students can do independently, i will push through what i can but take it a bit easier. but uf ut happens in the morning, during intense things like readibg groups and writing, theres no choice but pushing through- which leaves me physically exhausted!
