Hi ladies! In two weeks I have my lap surgery and will be removing one Fallopian tube that is completely dilated, as well as the suspected endo.

I am getting it on cycle day 15 ( 1-2 days after I ovulate) and I am worried about it completely throwing off my cycle. I am currently TTC for #1 and I'm just a little scared.

Any experience, advice, anything would be super reassuring at this time. I just want to make sure I am taking the right steps towards TTC and not the opposite. Thank you!
