Best way to get baby to sleep on her own

My baby is 7 months old, and her crib is in front of our bed as we have a 1br 1b apartment. Her bassinet is next to the bed because it came with a changing area to be connected to it once baby out grows the bassinet. The whole room is now set, and you're probably wondering why I'm asking this 7 months in. My baby has slept on my chest the past 5 months because she wouldn't sleep any other way, and her doctor actually recommended we get an in bed bassinet for her because she was born prematurely and her breathing is occasionally off. She used to fall asleep on her own in her pack n play while playing, but now thinks the crib is a pack n play and once she's tired she wants out. I've tried rocking her to sleep, and wrapping her tight and laying her down only to find her wide awake and either ready to play or screaming within a matter of 10 minutes. Please no shaming me for sleeping with her, as she is my child and her best interests are in hand. What are some ways you ladies have found worked when transitioning baby to crib?
