Does anyone else get sick on your period?

I've noticed that I get sick to my stomach and throw up more on around my period. I just wanna know I'm not the only one. At least I hope I'm not...

Yesss, idk if something is wrong with me but it feels like I have a stomach virus. Diarrhea, chills and feeling cold, nausea/vomiting, CRAMPS and constant stomach pain. I don't know how to fix it. Would some type of birth control help relieve symptoms/pain? Or do I have to live through this with lots of meds? :(

I also get the feeling of throwing up that's how bad my cramps get I even get dizzy and feel like imma faint 🙄 it's horrible
