With my first pregnancy I showed extremely early, like by 6 weeks I was showing a lot. You could just be more bloated. I had excess amniotic fluid.

I have always felt bloated for the first couple weeks with my two pregnancies, then I tended to normalize a bit and look the same as I always had before a real bump showed much later..
