ivf egg number and fertilisation
Okay I'll try and keep this short I document my full <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> story in detail on my instagram rebecca_rushby
This is my first round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> I have pcos and conceived twins naturally in 2014 which ended due to ectopic pregnancy so I had my eggs collected on Wednesday I had 26 eggs collected (I over stimulated) on Thursday I received a call from my embryologist explaining only 6 eggs had fertilised.
I feel empty I have lost 20 eggs they obvs can't guarantee the 6 I have remaining but I know I have to wait 3 months for implantation so that means any eggs that do make day 5/6 have to go in the freezer
I'm really beating myself up have I done something wrong to make my eggs so crappy could I have done something better and how can I stop worrying about my remaining 6 im paranoid there not gonna thrive.
Also the crash in hormones is making me crazy I did my last injection on Monday and I feel so emotional
