pregnant and depo shot?

I had the depo shot but it's been like a month without it cause we moved towns so haven't found a doctor yet but I had got my period the same month and just finished my period but me and my so had sex can I get pregnant? Or is the depo shot still working for me since I have been getting the shot just missed one month.?
