More Motivational Stuff

.

This is a piece of an entry in my diary from after my very first breakup a year ago. A few months after what I thought was a horrible, messy breakup I met another person who I ended up loving and being loved by very much (until that too ended up falling apart).

Things break. It's ok. Sometimes you can fix it together, and sometimes you just have to know when it can't be fixed. It doesn't necessarily mean that the memories are tarnished or it wasn't worth it in the end (there are some situations that definitely are otherwise). I'm glad I met my recent ex and that I fell in love with him, because it was wonderful most of the time. I don't regret it.

((Ok enough blabbering, here's the entry))

"Point being that I've learned a valuable lesson. Love is weird. It's the best thing in the world and also the cruelest. You can't live with it but you can't live without it. Sometimes the one you think you love the most will let you fall hard, and after you finally muster the strength to pull yourself up again you'll accidentally grab onto a hand that will help you from the dark pit you were trapped in. And you'll know that even if you fall again, once you get back up you could end up in a much better place than where you started."
