Has anybody experienced going through a breakup whilst pregnant?

I am 18yo and 30 weeks pregnant in 2 days

My partner of 1 1/2 years has now called it quits as he no longer feels the same towards me.

I am in need of advice on how to deal with the ache from it.

He is going to be attending the rest of the hospital visits etc and be there for the child, but I'm unsure how I am going to cope for a while with seeing him around every now and again while everything is still fresh
