One of my friends told me when she was giving birth the doctor told her to start pushing and once the head was out he told her to stop pushing while he put on his gloves...so my question is...&i; always wondered , if the doctor doesn't assist the baby (like actually catching them) do they still get payed?

I know dam well if my baby is half way out and the doctor tells me to hold up on him im gonna go of on him! im not gonna wait for the doctor to do what he was supposed to do before he told me to push...

Any opinions? Past experiences?
