How do you prepare for your FET?
My FET is just days away and I don't feel I'm doing much to get prepared for it. My clinic hasn't given me any instructions besides medication. How do you guys prepare?
I'm talking about lifestyle changes. Food, weight loss, exercise... I guess I'm not too obsessed about it because for my fresh cycle I did all kinds of stuff and it didn't work, so maybe I prefer to take it easier this time around. The only thing I'm doing is reducing my weekly alcohol intake. But I didn't completely cut it off because, as I just said, for the fresh cycle I did... and nothing.
Maybe not thinking too much about it makes it happen. What do you think?
