what could this mean?

my ex and I dated for about two months, from January to March. I broke up with him, and we just now have started to become friends again. he told me, this morning, "Last night I had a dream where I was cheating on [my girlfriend] with you. I knew it was wrong but I did it anyways and idk how I feel about it now." Does this mean he isn't over me, or has new feelings for me? Or could it just be that I was simply on his mind, because we talked last night?
