i weight 139.6 we are the same height. i dont think you need to loose. weight. im just starting to eat better and drink water and work out.

depends, we all carry weight differently! I can stand next to someone who weighs the same as me, and has the samw height. but she can carry weight in her stomach and thighs. and I can carry the weight in my arms and thighs but not stomach.. like its very tricky, thats why I hate scales lol. As long as you are comfortable in your own skin is what matters. i'm pretty sure you look great!
