Contractions/BH only at night?

Hi ladies. I'm a FTM currently at 37w6d. Last night I swear I was having contractions in my sleep, I just remember waking up multiple times moaning in pain and feeling  nauseous. Now that I'm up and getting ready for work I don't feel anything. Is it likely that I was having BH that went away or imaging? They felt SO REAL and seemed to go on for over an hour...

It's normal to get more contractions at night. The darkness actually triggers your hormones. So it's normal to have an increase of contractions at night. That's why most women go into labor at night and why they suggest very low lighting while in labor.

SAME!! Only at night I feel them and I wake up and I'm like ok I'm gonna start counting then nothing else happens -.-
