I need help!

I want to start loosing weight. I'm almost 14 and I weigh around 174. (I like being thick but I know it's time for to drop some pounds) I want to be around 150 or lower. I really want to join the soccer team this year but I know I need to shed a few pounds. My mom said I can't get a gym pass utill we move and that's in December. I need some tips or some ways to start loosing some pounds. Or any workouts I can do at home. I can't do the apple cider and water thing. 😷 because that makes me throw up.
