Pregnancy after abortion ?

Question

No bashing it do happen just want know anyone out there had children after abortion. Don't have state reasons for previous abortion. I think I'm feeling guilty I'm happy now with right partner and scared something going to be wrong with baby . Thanks in advance, can post anonymous.

I had an abortion 9 years ago and I'm now 22 weeks pregnant. I never regretted that abortion and I'm happy I'm at a place now where I feel ready to bring a little human to this world.

My friend had an abortion years ago and now has 2 kids. I haven't had an abortion but I had a d&c due to missed miscarriage which is a similar procedure and didn't have any issues getting pregnant afterwards. There is a risk of scar tissue developing especially if you were further along and that can effect your ability to conceive  (this was explained to me as a potential risk of having the d&c) but it's rare.

Not me (kinda), but my mom was forced to have an abortion by my grandma when was she was 15, and within three months she was pregnant with me, I was perfectly healthy and fine, her pregnancy was normal and healthy too.

I had one when I was 16 at 8 weeks and unfortunately for me took almost ten year to get pregnant again was told that when I had it done that it wasn't done right. but now I'm 26 weeks with a little girl an haven't had any complications so far and hope none will happen
