I know it's bad...it's been a stressful month

I've been smoking and drinking a lot this month due to 2 immediate family deaths weeks apart this month. But me and my SO have been trying to conceive the last 4 months. Has anyone gotten pregnant while smoking and driving quite a bit? Obviously I'm not continuing this but it's been rough. Before this I had almost completely quit smoking.
