Pain relief options?

So I've come to realize after 3 times of taking Tylenol that I throw up every time I take it. Now I'm worried there's nothing else I can take and I get some pretty bad headaches. I have a doctors appointment Thursday and will address this with my doctor but does anyone know if there's anything else I'll be able to take?

Pregnancy safe hay fever pills seems to help - but they do make me drowsy. Good at night though. Also saline nose spray. I am thinking they are in part a sinus thing.

physio, massage, accupuncture/acupressure, and essential oils have helped me with headaches. It depends on the source too. Often mine are tension headaches from tight neck muscles. Worst case, it's a good excuse for a massage!

As far as I know, Tylenol is it unfortunately. It's a bummer because Excedrin is the only thing that gets rid of my headaches. You will just have to use other methods to help ease your headaches. Sleep and lots of water usually help me. But definitely ask your Dr for other suggestions!
