Need help

Okay so yesterday I used my morning pee and i got an positive result. I went to the doctor around 3pm and theirs was negative. However they also did blood work, and it came back that I am 2 weeks pregnant. Would that mean I am actually only at 2 weeks? Or would that be considered the 4 week mark?
