Possibly pregnant but unsure

So I had my mirene removed on the 9th and I got off my period three days before it was removed and me and my fiancé have been having unprotected sex for a few months now and I was suppose to hit my period on Thursday I've been having headaches and back pain as well as nausea and hot flashes and mood swings and sore breasts. These are the same symptoms I had with my son. I took a hpt yesterday but it came out negative but me and my fiancé both have a gut feeling we are so I'm not sure 😫 some help please
