How have you dealt with cold/flu during first trimester? I feel like I have a slight "internal" fever. I went on google and it just made it worst because it talks about premature delivery and idk what else. It just gets me more worried.

I'm 11w3d and currently battling a cold. I'm just trying to drink water, sleep, take tylenol at the reccomended dosage, and use Afrin for my severely congested nose 1x day. My Mommy Meds app and the pharmacist said the original Afrin is ok to use in moderation and for no longer than 3 days.

yes! around my 6th week i had gotten really sick it off no where(attributing it to pregnancy attacking my immune system). i had 101 fever and a sore throat. i took tylenol n slept it off. it only lasted a day😬thank god everything was okay

Keep hydrated as well as you can, take Tylenol for fevers over 100.4 F, see your doctor if it goes over 102. Take safe pregnancy cold and flu meds.
