so I won't go into too much detail as it's far too long. but basically me and my MIL do NOT get on! I have 2 boys aged 7 and 4 and they don't even know her. my youngest calls her 'lady'. she only turns up here at birthdays and Christmas with a measley tenner in their cards. her other grandchildren are always with her and she takes them out etc. in 7 years, my boys have NEVER spent half hour with her. she's a disgrace, we used to take them down until I finally said no! it's always us making the move. she lives 10 mins down the road from us! my OH once asked her why she singles our boys out from the others and she couldn't give a valid answer! but then she turned around and said it's MY FAULT! I was raging. never stopped her seeing them ever but ive now said shes banned from seeing them as its gone on too long now. so anyway what I'm saying is, when I get pregnant again im telling my OH that she can't even visit or see the new baby. EVER! am I wrong??
