Hi! Really bad pain help

So last night I was laying on the couch watching tv. And I sat up to go pee and my entire back and left side ribs were hurting so bad. Even to take a deep breath. And now today, when I move a certain way or breath really deep I get a sharp stabbing pain on the left side of my back near the rib area?

I am 16 weeks pregnant. And wondering if it is normal, or if it is something to worry about!??
