I'm seeing wide ranging options on this topic and thought I would open another discussion. What do you consider the rules to be for drinking while breastfeeding? Meaning how long do you need to wait to feed after a single drink? I don't drink a lot, but there are a few special occasions coming up where I would love to have a glass of wine or a single beer. I've heard that if you can drive you can feed, I've heard wait one hour per drink, I've heard wait 2-4 hours per drink, etc etc. I bought the alcohol tests strips too for a rainy day, but they are super expensive! What are your thoughts?
