i saw a post in an online forum explaining how to do it yourself. first off its hard enough checking myself (midwife suggested self checks so i know the stages myself)

youre suppose to stick your finger in your cervix and push in a circular motion out and then when you feel your cervix relax you slowly feel for your waters and slide your fingers between them and your cervix. now this girl also was talking about breaking her own water too and im not so sure on how the heck you would do that either.
