Infected Tattoo??

This is my tenth tattoo and I've never had any problems, but I just got a pretty large thigh tattoo and the entire tattoo is fine except for one spot, the one spot is sore, itchy, feverish, and inflamed... it also feels lumpy, but I don't see any visible bumps.. could it be an infection? Or a reaction? I got the tattoo August 26.

The area that I circled is the area that's causing problems. It even has dried plasma. Not sure if my body is rejecting the ink in that specific spot. HELP!
