I really need help with meals for my 12 mo old. He eats nothing but the pouches and bf. Please help me with meal plans. Saying stuff like "pasta for dinner" is not going to help me. I need very specific things as I don't know what I'm doing. Something specific like "1/2 cup pastina with a tbsp whole foods name brand organic marinara" is going to really help me. I'm going to grocery soon so tell me what to get and hoe to make it please! I need specifics and meal plans on what to feed him. He can only do mashed foods or pieces the size of his nostrils. I'm also terrified of choking so u don't feel comfortable giving him bigger things that aren't cut up.
