Belly getting hard: help!

Hi twin moms!

I'm 24w3d pregnant with twin girls and yesterday my belly got really hard for the first time. I kind of panicked a little bit I must say.

No pain, I did absolutely no efforts during the day, basically the only thing I do is taking care of the belly.

I had no pain and no bleeding, and it got hard let's say 4 times but each time lasted like 10 minutes.

I'm a FTM so I have no clue if this is totally normal or if I should text my doc. Any comments will be super appreciated!! ❤️❤️❤️
