Baby practice help

So here I am with a baby on my chest writing this. So I'm getting my baby practice In which is what I'm calling it.. well I've only realized that I might be a horrible mother... so I'm babysitting my cousins daughter and she was starting to fuss and cry and I was doing everything and until I realized she wanted to get out of the car seat so I fed her and now she's asleep I still have all morning and afternoon with her so please give me advice I might need it
