mind playing tricks on me

So My fiance & I have been TTC for almost a year now. For the month of July I had no period at all... also accompanied by nausea, itchy boobs, and I STAY SLEEPY plus frequent trips to the bathroom.... 2 neg PT also. then all of s sudden boom!!! Aug 20 I had a 3 days period that started off like terrible and then by day 4 it was gone. My question is could I have mis carried? I have a 13 year old daughter and so does my fiance so I know we can have kids. Just dont know what happened! Im 31 years old and I have a bit of baby fever. Has anyone ever had a common experience and was actually pregnant?? Lots of Love and God bless you all!!!
