left a tampon in, think I have a yeast infection
I recently accidentally left a tampon in for about 2.5 days. I went in for a pap smear the other day and told my doc about it too. Now I feel like Im having a little itching so I maybe a yeast infection?? Its not super badly itching yet but I am having some white discharge. My mom recommended I douche then use Monistat. Any thoughts?
