Advice?!

So I'm kind of with this guy but I'm totally in love with a women....

He is like obsessed with me and the amount of times I've been so obvious about being gay he doesn't listen and the only time I even kiss him/ feel comfortable with him is when I'm drunk...he knows this because he jokes with his friends when I reject his kisses by saying 'oh don't worry she'll kiss me later when sheshad a couple drinks' and I'm like ???? What??? Do you still not get it?

And I've tried 'breaking up' with him SO many times but he doesn't let it happen and then carries on like we are together? What do I? As whenever I'm drunk I fall straight back to him?!
