Surgery

So I have surgery July 19 in my hip. And I was wondering is the scars are always gonna be like this? They have been this way for 2 weeks now and some skin on it starts peeling. -I know I need to shave my legs- also do you think they would be fine if I shaved my legs? I don't wanna cut them back opened because they were nasty. They had something on my leg and when they pulled it off I have like a few patches on my leg where I don't have leg hair. Is that always gonna be like that?
