excessive saliva
Hi, I've been spitting a lot because of all the saliva that's in my mouth. And now I have bumps on my tongue. Is this something serious or common? My doctor told me the spitting is okay because it's common during pregnancy with all the 🤤drooling. But now my freaking out...
If anyone knows anything please because I'm really freaking out. 😫😭
