Confusing

So, I've been in love with the same guy for about 4 years and he loves me back. But, we've had ups and downs and since his dad doesn't approve of me and my mom of him, we decided to keep somehow our relationship secret. Buuut, the thing is, we try to break it up but we are so attached that we keep going back to each other and we end up having sex.

What should I do?
