positive??

You guys I'm so scared right now. I've been feeling like I may be pregnant again so I took a test this morning at 11 dpo and I got a very obviously positive it showed up right away. I just had a miscarriage on the 5th of this month. the last time my hcg was checked I got a call saying my levels were a 4 which is where they need to be to be classified as not pregnant. now I'm worried this is just leftover hcg but I didn't think you would get a positive if it's below 5. my Dr told me to go get my blood drawn so they could check my levels. I'm praying this is a new pregnancy! please give advice.

UPDATE: just got the results to my second hcg quant and the nurse told me that the doctor said they was rising as they should be and that I have to go again tomorrow to get my blood drawn to see where my hcg levels are at now. I'm trying to stay hopeful and not fear the worse. I could use all the prayers right now. I know God has a plan for me and I'm just praying that His plan for this baby is to live a healthy 9 months in my tummy.
