According to this app baby should learn to sleep on their own @18 weeks.

She is only going backwards in sleep . As a newborn when she was swaddled she dis 6 hr stretches most of the time .

A couple weeks ago she was sleeping 10 hr stretches for a few nights and now im back to waking. Every 3 hrs!

Plus daytime naps are difficult shes so whiny and cant sleep own her own !

Help me pleaSe what am i doing wrong

I do bath and bed time routine to put her to be around 7 give or take a bit .

I feed every 3-4 hrs during the day 6oz formula.

At night i prefer not to feed but when she wakes up screaming i have no choice but i only give 4oz .
