I had a confirmed missed miscarriage 2 weeks ago and decided to let the process happen naturally. Unfortunately nothing happened after waiting 2 weeks, and my doctor gave me 2 options these pills or surgery... both sounded scary but I chose the pills. I started 1/3 doses this morning (oral pills) and I've been cramping and bleeding all day! Lots of clots as well. So far my experience isn't unbearable or traumatic like most other misoprostol stories I've heard! I'm waiting to take the final dose! Wish me luck ladies!!
