Freaking out!! TMI!!!

My period ended a week and a half ago and I've been spotting a lot and wearing pads I just went to bathroom and saw this! What is wrong with my body? Idk what I'm supposed to do. Please help me out.

Update: I was having some fun and pleasuring myself and it got real messy real quick I wasn't expecting to have any discharge like that but I had a bunch of the same stuff that was in my pad come out 😭😭 I don't know what to do
