I haven't been in years but I'm out of contacts so idk if I should go or just order some online 🤔 I'm assuming I should just go since those yearly appts are just as important as the others

Many contact companies or optometrist offices won't sell contacts without a prescription within the last year. Because of this, I go every year when I need to order contacts.

Yeah you have to go every year for a new contact prescription. I used to work at an optometrist office. Anytime someone would order somewhere else they would always call or fax us first to see if it was current.
