Swollen/Pin breasts after miscarriage

I've had 3 total miscarriages this year (now seeing a fertility specialist). My last miscarriage I was 5 weeks and bled from the 13th to the 18th of August. With spotting last week that was brown. Last night my breasts were KILLING ME. They felt bruised almost. I took of my bra, but it was so damn painful! Today they are still very sore, but they are now kind of swollen too, and veiny. When I was still pregnant (before the MC) my breasts didn't hurt at all. My MAX HCG from this pregnancy was only 200. Anyone else had this? This symptom is new!
