the struggle is real. I had one time where I thought it was never going to actually come out. I also seem to only go once, maybe twice a week which I killer. Definitely the not so beautiful side of pregnancy 😬

Same here. I started eating dried prunes and dried apricots (no sugar added) and that has helped a lot. Plus it's good for you and the baby too. Has some iron and magnesium too. Double win!

Try adding some flax seed to your diet! I have noticed a huge change in regularity. I usually blend it in with my morning smoothie or you can mix it into oatmeal too- really anything. I also take a daily probiotic (which is great if you happen to suffer from UTI's!).
