Hi all,

I've been trying for about 3 years and had to go the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> route following a failed surgical attempt at unblocking both my tubes. I had 14 eggs, 8 fertilized but only one blastocyst made it for freezing. I couldn't do a fresh transfer because of OHSS, so here I am, doing my first ever FET tomorrow morning....I'm nervous but hopeful...it only takes one!!

I've been following a healthy diet, refraining from doing any excessive exercise and going for acupuncture twice a week. Any recommendations on what I should do following the transfer to help this little embryo stick? Should I be on bedrest for the entire weekend?

Any help and advice is super appreciated!!
