membrane strip at 37 & 5

I saw my dr Tuesday at 36 & 5 and had my GBS swan done and had my cervix checked. She said I was soft but 0% effaced and only dilated to a one. She told me to go home and have as much sex as possible from now until next Tuesday and that if I'm dilated to a 3 next Tuesday she will strip my membranes if I want. This is my third delivery and they say it gets easier with each one but this time seems different for some reason. I progressed really good with my son (which passed away from a heart defect) and only pushed about four or five times with him. With my daughter I walked around at almost a 4 for a while and went in to labor and delivery get checked to see if my water was leaking at 37 & 4 an the nurse stripped my membranes without even asking me or even saying anything but I had my daughter 4 hours later with about three pushes. I'm so worried that this time isn't going to be as easy and I explained to my dr that I have literally only had sex about three times this whole pregnancy. I didn't see my husband for the first 4 months of my pregnancy due to his job and now that we are together I just was NOT in to it that's why she wants me to try sex to get things moving. Has anyone been in somewhat of the same situation or have any advice. I'm not rushing this baby along by no means. No castor oil, not binging on pineapple, no primrose oil or anything like that. The only thing I've really done is sit on a ball. Sex just isn't anything appealing to me right now.
