Pooping...

I'm 11w4d and I just had a bowel movement, I didn't strain, but towards the end it hurt like my poop was a little hard and felt like it more have tore very little?! When I wiped my butt, which I do first anyways since I'm really cautious being pregnant and check everything, I noticed a couple very light pink spots on the toilet paper. I wiped 3 more times after that and there was nothing, I then panicked and wiped my vagina after that and there was nothing. So it didn't come from the front, it came from the back. This is the first time this has happened to me since being pregnant and I'm freaking out a little I guess. I worry about everything and tried to find answers on Google, but couldn't really find anything!
