So I'm experiencing some mild cramps in the center of my lower abdomen, it's kind of the same feeling as period cramps is this normal? I just turned 8 weeks pregnant today

I had cramps up until my second trimester. I also had heavy bleeding a few times. Try not to stress and if you feel that something is really wrong, call your doctor. Chances are everything is fine
