Has anyone has a blood test HCG be wrong?

My period was suppose to be here 5 days ago... I'm usually 28 days regular ... or have been for few months

I haven't been under a lot of stress ...

I have a lot of clear CM ...

and I'm extremely tired

Has this happened to anyone and be pregnant ?
