what is going on??
ok. I dont have a normal cycle every month and i did last month. So we did timed conception with femara. I have taken test and got positives but my dr office is still negative. I am very early I should have ovulated Aug 20. is it just to early still I feel heartbroken and like I'm fooling myself. do false positives happen?
