What is this itchy bump in my armpit?

24 weeks and my armpit has been itching for a few months and occasionally hurts. Just noticed this bump today. Could it be breast cancer? Should I be worried until I see my doctor next?

Definitely see a doctor. 
If it makes you feel better, I have something like this also (although yours might not be the same thing, so please see a doc!)
I had a lump on my armpit since I was 18. I continually asked my doctor about it. Cat scratch fever? Enlarged lymph node? Cancer? Who knows because I was never sent for testing at that point. A few years later it swelled up and was so painful that I demanded testing. I was signed up for a MAMMOGRAM at age 22. The breast center refused to do this to a 22 year old, so they sent me for an ultrasound instead. I found out it was an extension of breast tissue, like a "tail" leading to my arm pit. It swells and is occasionally tender but most of the time it's fine. I'm now almost 26 and 7 months pregnant and I have had no issues. I could get it removed someday as an elective surgery because it's a "cosmetic" issue.

See a doctor, but try not to worry too much! It could be cancer, but it's also very likely to be a swollen lymph node, cyst or even just a cluster of fat that randomly decided to go right there. It's best to check it out, but try not to stress about it. 😊
