is he wrong or me?

my boyfriend is strict in this relationship and by strict i mean he doesn't let me wear summer clothes in the summer i can't wear leggings and tank tops dresses skirts ect. i can only wear jeans and tshirts and if can't be too low on my neck and it can't fit me perfectly only lose , so i went shopping yesterday and i didn't text him until i was finishing shopping and i took two hours and i have to take pictures of everything when i go out and i forgot to take a picture inside of the first store and he said i must of been doing something bad if i didn't take the picture but i was just distracted picking out clothes which isn't easy because of the rules i have to wear and i just forgot so he was going off on me yesterday and he was like "fuck you bitch" and that hurt me and today he still is upset with me he thinks i do it on purpose but i just forgot i was shopping and i forgot. what do you guys think ? who is wrong? we've been together for two years and a half

EDIT: i broke up with him and now he's making it seem like i'm a heartless person and he was yelling but once i broke up with him he was acting sad and saying he knows he was wrong but he always say the same thing i'm sick of it
